An assessment panel will adjudicate on all applications, based on the information you have provided. Please supply and list the additional documents, photographs etc. you are including which may support and enhance your application:

Documents can only be accepted in the following file formats: Images(.jpg,.jpeg,.gif,.png), Adobe Acrobat(.pdf), Word(.doc,.docx), Powerpoint(.ppt, .pptx, .pps, .ppsx), Excel(.xls,.xlsx), Text(.txt).

Please be advised that any images or documents provided within your application may be used by South Dublin County Council for the promotion and during the course of the Community Endeavour Awards.
